Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when ticket refunds are available for Mindful Art Workshops events.

1. Refund Eligibility

You can request a refund if your cancellation request is received more than 72 hours (3 days) before the event start time.

An administrative fee of 5% of the refunded amount is applied to all approved customer cancellation refunds.

2. Non-Refundable Window

Refunds are not available for cancellation requests made 72 hours or less before the event start time.

3. Bundle Tickets and Partial Refunds

If you purchased a bundle ticket that includes more than one workshop, you may request a partial refund for only the workshop(s) you want to cancel, as long as the request is made more than 72 hours before the relevant workshop start time.

Partial bundle refunds are calculated using a weighted policy: each workshop in a bundle is assigned a proportional value based on its standalone ticket price at the time of booking. The refundable amount is the combined weighted value of cancelled workshop(s), less the 5% administrative fee.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us using the same email address used for booking and include your name, event name, and booking details. We will confirm whether your request falls within the eligible timeframe.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

6. Event Changes by Organiser

If we cancel an event, affected attendees will be offered a full refund or an alternative booking option where possible.
