Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when ticket refunds are available for Mindful Art Workshops events.

1. Refund Eligibility

You can request a full refund if your cancellation request is received more than 48 hours (2 days) before the event start time.

2. Non-Refundable Window

Refunds are not available for cancellation requests made 48 hours or less before the event start time.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us using the same email address used for booking and include your name, event name, and booking details. We will confirm whether your request falls within the eligible timeframe.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Event Changes by Organiser

If we cancel an event, affected attendees will be offered a full refund or an alternative booking option where possible.
