In our lives and relationships, we’re constantly moving between giving and receiving - offering energy, care, attention, while also allowing ourselves to take it in. Finding balance there can be subtle, and often overlooked.
In this mindful painting workshop, we’ll slow down and explore that flow through colour, movement and intuition. You’ll be gently guided to notice your own patterns, and express them through simple, intuitive painting - creating space for both giving and receiving to meet, without pressure and with curiosity leading the way.
